In the exclusive neighbourhood of Solar Beach, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this much-loved holiday home, Villa Shelanu is multi-levelled with lots of space for a large family or for extend families sharing. The house offers generous living areas all with front-row views of the dunes, the beach, the waves, of the sea, and out towards the Robberg Nature Reserve.
Relax on the decked patio area with rim-flow pool which overlooks the enclosed garden and out to sea.
Set on three levels, the electrical sliding gate opens to the driveway, the two double garages, parking area, garden and flatlet.
A staircase leads up to the front door. The house is also accessible directly from the garage into the house. The entrance and living areas are all about space, light and volume. To the right is a sitting room with lovely sea views and a built-in gas fireplace. Just beyond the lounge, on the right is a covered and enclosed entertainment area with a built-in gas braai, decked flooring and frameless glass stacking doors leading to the pool and patio area with views of the sea, waves and Robberg peninsula. There is another built-in braai for wood or charcoal.
Leading from the entertainment area, large glass sliding doors open into the double-volume dining area seating 12. This leads to the open-plan and spacious kitchen and TV lounge with a separate scullery and a built-in pantry cupboard. From the second lounge area, large glass sliding doors open onto the decked pool area. All with lovely views.
There is one guest bedroom and full en-suite bathroom on this level. Just off the entrance is a guest bathroom.
