Enter into the light open-plan living area, with sitting room opening up onto decked pool, with outdoor patio table, hammok and built-in seating.
Leading just a few stairs , is the dining area which is spacious for extra family members and guests seating 14. Large doors open up from the dining and kitchen area onto a paved area with a weber braai. The kitchen is well equipped with a scullery. Down a few stairs off from the living area is a TV room with a large L-shaped sofa. Doors lead out from there onto to the sunny decked pool area.
Three bedrooms including the main bedroom are on this side of the house, while the separate studios are up at the entrance.

Main Bedroom King sized bed and ensuite bathroom: Shower, Basin and Toilet. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and doors leading onto the pool deck.
